As of 1 February 2021, Verint is now solely focused on helping the world’s most iconic brands build enduring consumer relationships at an unprecedented speed and scale. Customer Engagement is the heartbeat of global brands—every day we help our customers discover possibilities barely imagined a few years ago. We want Customers for Life, and we work to earn this right every day.
We got here through the hard work of many people. First and foremost, I want to thank our teams around the world who have worked relentlessly to usher in this day. I would also like to thank our customers and partners who have taken this journey with us and enabled us to be here.
Today more than ever, brands are challenged by new workforce dynamics, ever-expanding customer engagement channels and exponentially more consumer interactions—all with limited budget and resources.
